AIRSHOW SPONSORSHIPS
Become a Sponsor of the Wings Over Houston Airshow and support one of the largest, non-profit events in the City of Houston!
The Commemorative Air Force, which produces the Wings Over Houston Airshow, cannot rely solely on ticket sales to fund this complex, expensive, historic and educational undertaking. Although ticket sales are a major source of revenue, significant funding comes from civic-minded, sponsoring companies and individuals. Their participation can be as rewarding for them as it is for the Airshow, and the CAF welcomes cooperative efforts.
Many different types of sponsorships are available.
 Customized sponsor packages are available from $200.00 to $250,000.00. Packages may contain combined items to meet your individual needs such as: specified amount of tickets for each level of ticketing from general admission to “VIP Eagle Squadron”, marketing and booth space options, PA address announcements and ads during the show, activation & promotions prior to and during the show, signage, and official program ad inclusion.
Promotional Partners may choose an aerobatic act to champion and support with their dollars and their enthusiasm. Each year, approximately five such acts are brought to Houston for the Wings Over Houston Airshow, and each of these acts is available for sponsorship. The cost is individual, according to the type of act, and may include such items as T-shirts and caps touting the sponsor’s name/logo and aircraft.
 Exclusive limited number of corporate chalets are available. On the flight line and behind the flight line.
Booth Space – display sponsorships. Various sizes available and we will customize a space to fit your needs such as larger space, or open space in display areas.

SPECIAL SHOW SPONSORSHIPS
 Each year on the Friday before the Airshow weekend, Wings Over Houston hosts a barrier-free Special Show that entertains thousands of lifetime physically and mentally challenged children and adults. The invitation-only show features many of the same flying acts, military vehicles and aircraft (but none of the crowds) of the weekend show. Hundreds of volunteers donate their time to produce both the Special Show.

WARBIRD RAMP SPONSORSHIPS
 Want to sponsor a whole fleet of planes? How about becoming a Warbird Ramp Title or Presenting Sponsor! An average of 65 old warbird aircraft attend the Airshow. When they are not flying, they are parked on the Warbird Ramp allowing airshow patrons to get up close. Your identity will be displayed at the entrances to the Warbird Ramp – plus other areas! – for all to see.
