Become a Sponsor of the Wings Over Houston Airshow and reach 110,000 plus avid Airshow fans and support one of the largest non-profit events in the City of Houston!
The Commemorative Air Force (CAF) producer of the Wings Over Houston Airshow (WOH), cannot rely solely on ticket sales to fund this complex, expensive, historic and educational undertaking. Significant funding comes from civic-minded, sponsoring companies and individuals. Your participation can be as rewarding for you as it is for the Airshow.

Corporate and Private Chalets Sales closed
Wings Over Houston Airshow offers a limited number of private chalets to corporate clients with a desire for an exclusive private entertainment area. These chalets are designed to give you the ability to entertain their clients, friends and employees in a private, controlled setting. Food and beverages catering through our official vendors is optional. Application and full payment for chalets are due by September 1.
We offer two levels of chalets: Premium and Flightline. Premium Chalets can accommodate from 50+ people per day with space right on the aircraft taxiway and has VIP reserved parking. Flightline Chalets have premium viewing of the jet demonstration team and can accommodate from 25 to 150 people per day They are on the public side of the show for maximum public exposure and nearby aircraft and vendors. Optional right of first of refusal for succeeding years for these limited sites will be part of the package.

Located at the south end of the field, up front and close to the action right on the taxiway. This area will have reserved VIP parking area close to your Chalet and access to private VIP restroom facilities. Space is limited.

Flightline Chalets

Located on the airport grounds in and near airshow crowds for maximum public exposure, aircraft displays and vendors. These chalets have the best viewing of, and are nearest to the Jet Team aircraft parking location with full view of their ground performances. These chalets will have general parking outside of the airport gates. Chalets will have access to their own private restroom facilities. Standard chalets can be reserved for 25 to 100 people on an available basis.
